Unfortunately, due to the nature of this industry, most mobile RV repair technicians in Florida are operating illegally. They lack the proper safety training and licensure to conduct business in accordance with Florida laws.
Not only is it potentially dangerous to hire one of these companies to work on your RV, but improper workmanship can also lead to premature failures of components that may render the RV owners warranties void.
Florida takes this very seriously and the penalty for an unlicensed RV technician in some cases is considered a third degree felony and punishable by up to $25,000 per incident.

Extended Warranty
Customers are responsible for the initial service call & diagnostics to establish a claim before extended warranties will evaluate it for coverage. These charges may or may not be covered under the customers policy.
Note - Most extended warranty companies require pre approval for repairs or replacement of failed components.
After an approval is received Reliable RV will submit to all customers a full and transparent breakdown of policy coverage. Any amounts that remain are the financial responsibility of the customer.
If an amount is due, Reliable RV will collect that amount and then order the parts for the approved repair. Once all of the parts have been received, Reliable RV will contact the customer for scheduling to return and make the necessary repairs.
**Please be aware that extended warranty companies usually cover approximately 70 to 90% of the actual repair cost once they factor in labor rates, parts suppliers, policy exclusions and policy caps to issue policy coverage approval. Companies and policies vary; we recommend consulting your policy documents or by calling the coverage provider for policy details.**
Manufacturer Warranty
Currently Reliable RV works with Thor and Keystone via the RV Help app. We do not perform warranty work for these companies outside of the RV Help portal.
Reliable RV also works with Alliance and Brinkley on a case by case basis
Insurance Claims
Customers are responsible for the initial service call & diagnostics so that Reliable RV can gather the appropriate information and to evaluate the repairs that are needed. Reliable RV will provide a detailed receipt with supporting documentation to customers to seek reimbursement from their coverage provider.
**Major repairs, due to the scope, nature and manpower necessary to coordinate pricing with various vendors may incur an additional administrative fee to prepare the estimate. If the estimate is approved and repairs are made with Reliable RV, the fee paid will be credited towards the job once completed.**

Making a Request:

On the call, we gather your information, discuss your RV request, and schedule a service call.
Notifications:
Customers will receive a text and email confirmation of their scheduled appointment that includes the technician's name and their arrival window.
The day before customers are sent a reminder.
On the day of the appointment when our technicians are en route they will send a notification.
Technician Arrival:
The technician will evaluate the reported RV request. Then the technician will explain their findings and offer suggestions for repair or resolution to the service request. If a repair is needed, and the technician has the necessary parts on hand and availability in their schedule, an estimate will be prepared on-site for your approval. Once approved the technician will complete the repair.
Once completed, the technician will explain the services rendered, the warranty policy on parts & labor. Then collect the customer's signature for payment & customer satisfaction.
Office Estimates:
Some service calls may require parts to be ordered. In these cases, Reliable RV will provide a digital estimate for the parts, labor and other applicable charges that apply to complete the job. The estimate will be sent by email and text. Estimates may be delayed based on various factors, customers can reach out anytime for an update.
